2. Using our store
These terms apply to purchases from www.vikingfactory.net. Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use the website and products lawfully. Please review the product description and your order details before placing an order.

3. Products, prices and orders
The selected product, price, currency and any delivery charges shown at checkout form the basis of your order. If we discover an error or cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. We will not substitute a product or increase an agreed order price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund the payment for the unfulfilled items and any delivery charges that must be refunded under applicable law.

4. Delivery
Please review the delivery information presented for your order. Contact support@vikingfactory.net if your order is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect. These terms do not reduce your rights if goods are not delivered as agreed.

5. Returns and refunds
We offer a 30-day return period starting on the date you receive your order. To request a return, contact support@vikingfactory.net with your order number. We pay return shipping costs for returns unrelated to a product quality issue. We issue refunds within one business day after receiving the returned goods. Your payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds to your account. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for the return process. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory cancellation, return or refund rights.

6. Warranty and faulty goods
Our website advertises a one-year warranty. Please contact support@vikingfactory.net with your order details for warranty support. This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
