Return and Refund Policy

30-day returns
We offer a 30-day return period starting on the date you receive your order. To request a return, email support@vikingfactory.net or use https://www.vikingfactory.net/pages/support and include your order number and the item you wish to return.

How to return an item
Contact our support team for return instructions and the appropriate return address before sending your parcel. Please pack the item securely. Our business contact address below should not be treated as a return warehouse address unless our team confirms it for your return.

Return shipping costs
For returns unrelated to a product quality issue, SUNHE LIMITED pays the return shipping costs. Contact our support team so we can arrange the return shipping process.

Refund timing
We issue your refund within one business day after receiving the returned goods. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless another method is agreed with you. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account; this does not change our commitment to issue the refund within one business day of receiving the return.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact support@vikingfactory.net with your order number and details of the problem so we can arrange a remedy. Your statutory rights are not limited by the 30-day return period.

Your consumer rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law. It does not limit any statutory cancellation period, refund entitlement, or rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Where the law requires reimbursement of the original standard delivery charge, we will include that reimbursement.
